Social media are a big part of human’s life. Maybe people can spend a lot of time to surfing on social media, even spend a few hours day scrolling on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.
In this era, social media can be good for us. But, in the other hand, too much scrolling will give bad impact for mental health. It lead someone to feel anxiety, depression and panic. Someone who spends a lot of time on social media will find it difficult to compare between real life and fake. Never forget that every person’s journey is different, and the social media present a different version of reality.
However, social media is very beneficial for human’s life. But we have to remember that every little thing in this life has a risk. Positive and negative, people should be wise when using social media. Limiting social media use and selectively consuming other’s content.
